We combine enterprise class Cisco and Juniper routers and switches in a redundant meshed network configuration (to provide redundancy), with a direct fiber link to 8 major internet backbone providers (including AboveNet, AT&T, Global Crossing, Level(3), and UUNet). We also include firewall and perimeter network protection. We guarantee 99% network connectivity, however, in the world of computing, hardware failures are always a possibility. We only use quality Dell PowerEdge systems in a RAID configuration (to help mitigate drive failures). In addition, we have a one hour hardware replacement time and a one hour system restore time in the event of a catastrophic hardware failure.

DNS (Domain Name System)
Wakefly has a dedicated DNS server located at a separate facility which only manages DNS. We have a five tier plan which guarantees 100% uptime. All of our hosting plans include one domain with each additional costing $25/Year.
Web Statistics
Wakefly provides a website statistic package as part of the hosting package. These reports show you details about your website users and traffic. Log files are on a 30 day rotation. That is, logs over 30 days old will be removed from the server and are un-retrievable. These reports can be saved locally for a historical use.
